""We booked Chef Dhanesh on our last day on Bonaire. After a week of intense diving we wanted to close our vacation relaxed and getting pampered with culinary delights. We had a 6 course tasting menu with fish including a wine pairing. The first dish starting with thinly sliced tuna topped with a cucumber and ginger granita was just perfect while we enjoyed the sunset. Afterwards he took us by surprise with his creative combinations. The only thing we can say about that is, WOW!. We will definitely suggest Chef Dhanesh to all traveling to Bonaire. We loved him and would definitely book him next time""

""We traveled down to Bonaire for 2 weeks for our anniversary and stayed in a Villa up north. The island has allot of great restaurant and would definitely suggest to explore all off them if you have the time. We made a last minute booking with Dhanesh as we just didn't have energy left to go out that day. After contacting Dhanesh a was able to provide us a 3 course surprise menu. We had a simple island life menu which was just perfect that evening. Appetizer included marinated salmon and coconut, Main course was tenderloin topped with smoked butter and dessert was a white chocolate tiramisu (better than the original version!!!).

Too bad we were so tired that we couldn't do a whole evening with Chef but what we've experienced we could surely recommend him for your private dinners at home.""
